    Description

    History:
    Bought used from Southwest Superbikes on 11/9/2015 with 6,896 miles.  Current mileage is 42,205.  May increase slightly as I continue to ride.  Been a bulletproof bike since purchase.  Only normal maintenance has been required.  Oil & filter changed every 3K - 4k miles.  Rear drive oil changed every other engine oil & filter change.  Installed K&N Performance air filters on 7/29/18.  Installed Extreme AGM battery on 9/29/2021.

    Summary:
    My 2009 K1300S will be one of the cleanest bikes you will see.  It has been well cared for maintenance wise.  Always parked inside, under a Geza Gear cover and plugged into a Battery Tender.  I have ridden this bike as far as Billings, Montana (2021 BMW MOA Rally) and several trips to Chicago.  As a cross country sport tourer, it never disappointed.  This bike is a fast and comfortable machine which has been a pleasure to own.  Reason for selling: a 2023 Hayabusa is in my future.
    Fine Print:
    I have clean Texas title in hand.  No test rides without cash in hand, motorcycle endorsement on drivers license, proof of insurance and wearing of proper gear (blue jean pants are not proper gear).  I am serious about limiting test rides.  This is a very powerful machine having 175 horsepower and is not for the inexperienced rider.  Serious buyers familiar with the K1300S performance will understand.
