High Speed Direct Drive Centrifugal Up-blast Exhaust Fan with speed control.
Exhaust Fan handles 2100 CFM.
Exhaust Motor: 0.5 HP, 1 Phase 115 V, 60 Hz, 6-13.0 FLA, ODP (Open Drip Proof).  Motor may be rewired for 220 V in some instance.
Variable speed control!! Means you only turn it at full speed when you have grease. You keep it at low speed when you cook light.
Grease Cup for commercial-duty centrifugal exhaust fans, includes down spout.
