Due to this odor, I would not recommend using it with ice for drinking purposes. The handle has some flaws. One end is not attached flush with the upright and the other end has some cracks; however, it is sturdy and stable.

    Dansk Designs JHQ Covered Ice Bucket Wine Chiller ~ Staved Teak Wood with Liner & Lid.
    The interior plastic liner has a foul odor assumed to be from the aging plastic.
    Due to this odor, I would not recommend using it with ice for drinking purposes.
    It is in good pre-owned condition with minor scratches, wear, stains and blemishes.
    The handle has some flaws.
    One end is not attached flush with the upright and the other end has some cracks; however, it is sturdy and stable.
    It measures approximately 19” tall and is 9” wide at its widest point.
    The base is 5 ¾” in diameter and the opening at the top is 6 ½”.
