Mint unused condition. Authentic faithful reproduction and exact in every way to the original Delta Rocket Ray used on Mens and Ladies bikes of every make and model.  Most notably used on the 26" Schwinn Panther and all the Schwinn 26" DX models, Fleet, Hornet, American, Streamline, Wasp and etc.. They were used on J.C. Higgins, Western Flyer, Roadmaster, Shelby, Colson, Huffy, Columbia, Hawthorne, Dayton and etc.    It is complete and mounting hardware is included. It comes with a clamp to mount to the handlebars if you choose not to mount it to the front fender. Overall dimensions 3x3x6" and C to C for the mounting holes is 1 3/8".
