    Description

    FIJI Scott's 1196v ( 1v ) "Dry Ink" Surcharge ( Missing x Obliterator ) F/VF Used ( 2007-09 ). These stamps were ordered printed by Fiji Post using local printers. A large number of these stamps were printed with a bad batch of ink known as "Dry Ink" causing the ink not to adhere to the stamps and flake off ( See Photo ).
