    Description

    FIJI Scott's 1313A ( 5v ) 1c on 44c Severe "Dry Ink" Surcharge F/VF Used ( 2014-15 ). These stamps were ordered printed by Fiji Post using local printers. A small number of these stamps were printed with a bad batch of ink known as "Dry Ink" causing the ink not to adhere to the stamps and flake off  ( See Photo ).
