This is a unique, one of a kind, Genuine Grouping Of WWII Army Air Corps Officer Wings . It comes with an historical Provenience Memo.
The memo written by a loved one, wife or mother, states, “Richard was wearing this when he arrived from Nashville Tenn, on his medical Discharge March 30th 1943.”
Perhaps he even was shot down and wounded and was able to come home .
I removed the wings from the card for the pictures and to prevent further damage to the card.
