SHIPPING TERMS:

Most  international shipments which are under 4lbs are shipped 1st Class Mail International, by the United States Post Office. This is the least expensive method of air shipment. It does not provide a tracking number . The number provided to you by the USPS at the time of shipping  only shows that your parcel has been processed and  shipped from the U.S.
Any shipments weighing more than 4 lbs must ship Priority Mail International. Typical shipping times are 14-30 business days, depending on your location. Some additional days may be required to clear customs.   It is the buyers responsibility for all taxes and duties incurred on items bought and entering your country. Insurance is included on items shipped by Priority Mail International.
Shipments to Russia, Indonesia, parts of the Middle East and South America require shipment via Priority Mail International ONLY.
Please wait for a revised invoice showing this level of service before paying the automated Ebay invoice sent by Ebay, unless you have already selected Priority Mail International as your shipping preference.
You can always ask what the shipping charges are prior to bidding , using Priority Mail.
If you pay the 1st class mail international invoice automatically sent by Ebay, to one of the mentioned countries,  you will be sent a revised invoice requesting additional payment for Priority Mail. The reason for the higher level of postal service requirement to these locations is  to decrease the chance of loss or  theft  in  these countries.
Insurance is also included with Priority Mail International.
